Access to our islands is as per hotel boat schedule. Once you have a confirmed booking, our boat is there for you at our pier in Dubai Canal Marine Station 1 to bring you to the island. Boat transfers are included in your overnight stay or day pass booking as per hotel boat schedule and availability. Please advise your preferred time of arrival and departure 24 hours in advance, and we will get back to you with a confirmation or alternative available timings.
A valid original physical passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to board the boat (even for day visits only). A copy will not suffice. Please note that only guests confirmed in the reservation will be allowed to board the yacht and they must be 15 minutes prior to the confirmed boarding time. Kindly note that in case we have not received your arrival time, the yachts are subject to availability at the above timings with preference given to guests with confirmed boarding timings.
